We welcome submissions that present developments in performing deep learning on domains that exhibit an irregular spatial topology, mining spatially related feature for a variety of application purposes. Full papers and abstract papers are equally welcome.

Submissions must be made through the submission site, and will undergo a peer-review process.

Submissions should adhere to the proceedings style guide given by the main IEEE International Conference on Data Mining 2019 (details can be found under "Submission Guidelines" here).

Papers accepted and presented at the workshop will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press, in accordance with previous workshops hosted by the IEEE ICDM.

Invitation to journal special issue

A selection of suitable best papers accepted to the workshop will be invited to submit to a special issue journal publication on the topic.
